Questions

Which suburbs do you cover?: West End, South Brisbane, New Farm, Fortitude Valley, Paddington, Kangaroo Point, Teneriffe and Highgate Hill. If you're just outside, ask — we might still cover it.
Do you need a key?: Either a spare key, a lockbox code, or you let us in — whatever you're comfortable with. We agree it at the meet-and-greet.
What if it's raining?: We still walk, just shorter and with towels ready for muddy paws. If it's dangerous (storms, extreme heat) we'll message you to reschedule.
Are you insured?: Yes, public liability cover is in place before any paid walk happens.
Can I cancel a walk?: Text or email by 8am the same day for a full refund or reschedule, no questions asked.
